Purpose of a fence
People build fences for all kinds of reasons, most commonly:

2. Maintenance Requirements
Life can get really busy - we get that! Sometimes you may not have the time or energy to worry about your fence after it’s built, and that’s okay! Depending on your preferences, you may prefer:
PVC/Vinyl requires virtually no maintenance - once it’s standing, it’s standing. The material makes it weather-resistant and there is no need to paint or coat this type of fence.
Wood, as with decks, can require a little more care from you. Depending on the wood type, it is recommended to coat and/or paint a wooden fence every few years to protect it from the outdoor conditions like rain.
Composite combines the best aspects of PVC and Wood fences, as well the strength aluminum framing offers. The panels resemble wood - but need no maintenance!
Chain link is generally the cheapest option and requires no action after it’s been installed.
3. Style
Our fences are built to last, so picking a fence you’ll love is very important. Here is what we advise you consider:
Color of your house - you don’t want something that clashes
Structures in your yard (eg. a wooden fence might complement a wooden deck better)
